Advanced Availability (Plus)
Fine‑tune your availability with buffers, advance notice, and booking horizon. These controls help reduce meeting fatigue and last‑minute surprises. Advanced options are available on the Plus plan.
Where to configure
- Go to Bookings → Availability
- Edit your default rules, or enable Custom Availability for a specific booking page when creating/editing it.
Options
- Buffer minutes: Add breathing room between meetings (e.g., 10–15 minutes).
- Advance notice: The minimum time before someone can book (e.g., 24 hours).
- Max advance days: How far into the future bookings are allowed (e.g., 60 days).
These rules combine with your connected calendar’s busy times to produce the final availability shown on your public booking pages.
Presets
Use quick presets like Business Hours, Half Days (AM/PM), and Evenings. You can tweak global defaults, then apply a preset and adjust individual days.
Tips
- Short buffers for back‑to‑back calls, longer buffers for deep work days.
- Increase advance notice if you travel or need prep time.
- Reduce max advance days to reduce long‑range calendar churn.
