Personal booking page

Share a simple link where people can book time with you: /me/:username lists all your booking pages, and /me/:username/:eventSlug opens a specific page.

Set your username

• Go to Settings → Profile and set a username.
• Your personal URL is /me/your-username.

Default event

• You can mark one booking page as default. Visiting /me/:username will redirect to that event automatically.
• Set default from Bookings -> Your bookable events -> More -> “Set as default”.

Share a direct link

• Copy from Bookings -> Your bookable events -> Copy booking link.
• Format: /me/:username/:eventSlug

Tips

• Use a short, professional username.
• Add a clear description and duration to each booking page.
• Keep availability updated to avoid back‑and‑forth.
• For the best mobile experience, add WhenToMeet to your home screen for quick access to your booking pages.
