Manage your bookings
Use the Manage Bookings page to view and cancel upcoming bookings. Hosts can cancel future bookings; attendees can cancel via their booking link.
Open the management page
- Go to Bookings → Manage
What you can do
- View upcoming and past bookings with attendee details
- Copy a booking details link to share
- Cancel a future booking (host)
- See notes submitted by the attendee
Note: Rescheduling is coming soon. For now, cancel and rebook.
Host cancellation
- Only future confirmed bookings can be cancelled.
- Cancelling removes the Google Calendar event and updates status in WhenToMeet.
- Both host and attendee receive emails.
Steps:
- Open /bookings/manage
- Find the booking -> More actions -> Cancel booking
- Confirm
Attendee cancellation
- Attendees can cancel from their unique booking link (
/bookings/:id). - The event is removed from the calendar and both parties are notified.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot cancel: Past bookings cannot be cancelled.
- Calendar not updated: Wait a minute. If it persists, check the Google Calendar connection in Settings → Calendar.
- Need to change time: Cancel, then rebook a new slot.
