Time zones

WhenToMeet automatically adapts to each viewer’s time zone. Hosts can set a preferred time zone in Settings.

How it works

  • Your browser time zone is detected to display times locally.
  • Booking pages render slots in the visitor’s time zone; confirmation shows local time.
  • Emails include clear times and time zones.

Set your preferred time zone

  • Go to Settings → Time zone
  • We’ll suggest the detected time zone if it’s different from your profile.

Tips

  • If participants are in different regions, include a note in the description.
  • Avoid 24:00 edge cases; use standard start/end times.
  • If times look off, check your system/browser time zone.
