Time zones
WhenToMeet automatically adapts to each viewer’s time zone. Hosts can set a preferred time zone in Settings.
How it works
- Your browser time zone is detected to display times locally.
- Booking pages render slots in the visitor’s time zone; confirmation shows local time.
- Emails include clear times and time zones.
Set your preferred time zone
- Go to Settings → Time zone
- We’ll suggest the detected time zone if it’s different from your profile.
Tips
- If participants are in different regions, include a note in the description.
- Avoid 24:00 edge cases; use standard start/end times.
- If times look off, check your system/browser time zone.
