WhenToMeet Raycast Extension

Create group scheduling events directly from Raycast using natural language. No more switching between apps or filling out forms.

What it is

A Raycast extension that lets you create WhenToMeet scheduling events by describing them in plain English. Instead of opening a browser and navigating through forms, you type what you want and get a shareable event link.

How it works

  1. Open Raycast (⌘ + Space)
  2. Type "WhenToMeet"
  3. Describe your event: "Team standup tomorrow at 9am for 30 minutes"
  4. Press Enter - the event page opens in your browser - prefilled with your information

Value

  • Faster: Create events without leaving Raycast
  • Simpler: Natural language instead of form fields
  • Smarter: Automatically suggests multiple time slots
  • Integrated: Works with WhenToMeet's calendar features and group polls

Installation

  1. Open Raycast (⌘ + Space)
  2. Type "Store" and select "Browse Store"
  3. Search for "WhenToMeet" and install

Or visit the Raycast Store
