Configuring Your Username

Your username is a key part of your WhenToMeet profile. It defines your personal URL and allows others to easily find your scheduling page.

Why is a Username Important?

• Personalized URL: Your username creates a unique link (e.g., whentomeet.com/me/your-username) that you can share with others.
• Easy Access: A memorable username makes it simple for people to access your public scheduling page.

How to Set Your Username

1. Go to the Settings page.
2. In the Profile section, you will find the Username field.
3. Enter your desired username and click Save.

Choose a username that is professional and easy to remember.
