Calendar access & privacy

We request limited Google permissions to provide conflict detection and automatic event creation. We never sell or share your data.

What we access

• Your calendar’s busy times to calculate availability
• Basic event details (time, title) to avoid conflicts
• Your account email/name to label connections

What we write

• Confirmed booking events on your chosen output calendar
• Cleanups (e.g., delete booking events on cancellation)

What we don’t do

• No full data export of your calendar
• No syncing between your calendars
• No marketing use of your calendar data

Revoke access anytime

• Visit Google Account -> Security -> Third‑party access -> Remove “WhenToMeet”
• You can reconnect later from Settings → Calendar
