Autofill Availability

The Autofill Availability feature helps you quickly find available time slots for your events. WhenToMeet analyzes your connected calendars and suggests time slots when you have no conflicts.

How it works

When you have calendars connected, WhenToMeet can detect your free time and automatically populate available time slots. This works on both event creation/editing pages and event participation pages.

Using Autofill

There are three ways to trigger autofill:

1. Sparkles button in the calendar toolbar

When creating or editing an event, look for the Sparkles icon in the calendar toolbar. Click it to auto-fill free time slots based on your calendar.

2. Keyboard shortcut

Press Cmd+Shift+A (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+A (Windows/Linux) on any event page to trigger autofill.

3. "Suggest from Calendar" button

On event participation pages, click the "Suggest from Calendar" button to auto-fill your availability.

Requirements

• You must have at least one calendar connected in your calendar settings
• The calendar overlay must be enabled
